Friday night was a very special night for the Lutheran South Academy Community as we came together to officially open and dedicate our new Track and Field. This project has been a hope and dream for LSA students and families for many years. The dream came to life as we gathered to celebrate this beautiful facility, this supportive community and our amazing God.
The LSA students and staff would like to give a special thank you to the Track and Field Committee that brought their expertise to this project over the past year.
We would also like to thank our two major named gift donors. We have been incredibly blessed by the generosity of both the Glassell Foundation and the Teichman Family.
As you can imagine, this first-class facility will benefit our students as they learn and grow from PreK to 12th grade. We are thankful, blessed, and proud that we were able to dedicate Glassell Stadium and Teichman Field as permanent fixtures on the LSA campus.
During the ribbon cutting, 1965 Lutheran High graduate and retired LSA teacher, Archie Buchman and LSA Senior and Student Body President, Paul LeBLanc held each end of the ribbon signifying our rich history and also the future of the Pioneers.
The Track and Field are now officially open as part of the ministry at Lutheran South Academy. To God be the Glory!
