Welcome Students & Faculty to the LSA Libraries!
Lutheran South has three different libraries, one in each school: the Lower School Library, the Middle School Library and the High School Hub.
In our libraries we have picture books, fiction, nonfiction, biographies, and a rapidly growing graphic novel collection, and along with books, LSA subscribes to several online resources and e-books. Ask Mrs. Ward for any logins needed to use the resources.
Reading daily is so important for students. At LSA, we want to encourage both academic and fun reading, so that it will become a life-long habit.
Research tells us that those who read regularly have a stronger vocabulary, are better writers, build their stamina for academic reading, and have empathy because through stories, they walk in the shoes of other people.
